CALLYANDI is an English-Chinese mobile phone interpreting service.

You can use our Service when:

• Wanting to book a flight or a hotel with a Chinese travel agent
• Holding a telephone conference with business partners in China
• As a Chinese citizen enjoying holidays in Europe and needing to buy tickets for public transport at a station

To provide the best possible service in any situation, you can choose between one-to-one interpretation and support in conference calls. Conference calls can be held via fixnet, skype or mobile phone and they can also be used as concierge service.

How it works:

When having a problem, call us at +86 4006 228 227 or +86 (0)20 612 94900 and get directly connected to an interpreter:

STEP 1 : The interpreter takes your call:«Hello, this is Callyandi, Janet speaking. How may I help you?»


STEP 2 : Describe your situation to the Callyandi agent.


STEP 3 : Hand your mobile phone over to your Chinese dialogue partner (or simply listen, if in a conference call).


STEP 4 : The Callyandi agent explains your request to your dialogue partner.


STEP 5 : He is informed, replies to the agent and returns your mobile phone.


STEP 6 : The Callyandi agent informs you about the dialogue partner's reply.


STEP 7 : Repetition of the conversation scheme until you are satisfied.


STEP 8 : «Thank you for calling Callyandi and have a nice day.» End of call.


If your Callyandi account is low on credit, the Callyandi agent will at the end of the conversation and during non-paid time offer you to purchase additional interpretation minutes.
